What is your return policy?

We provide a risk-free, money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any online purchase from Cerulean Associates LLC, notify us within 24 hours of receipt of material along with the specific reasons for your dissatisfaction, then return the material within 30 days of original purchase (in resalable condition), and we will refund 100 percent of your purchase price (less any shipping & handling and any bank or payment processor transaction fees).

We do not want you to have any product or service from Cerulean Associates LLC that is not completely satisfactoryNo questions, no argument, no guilt.  It’s that simple.

How secure is my credit card information?

We do not handle or store credit card information in any way – all credit card processing is done through the encrypted process by our qualified payment processor, PayPal. We receive only a receipt with credit card information in PCI-compliant masked encryption (e.g., all we see on the receipt is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for the numbers).

To further guarantee your security, we are an active member of the Better Business Bureau online security program and maintain an active digital security and online safety certification from Network Solutions and VeriSign. If you have any problems about any level of security or privacy on our site, please contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Finally, when you do click through to PayPal to purchase our products (or anyone else’s), always verify that your internet browser displays the little lock (typically in one of the corners of your browser or in the title link bar).

What do you do with my contact information?

We will use information you have voluntarily provided to respond to you regarding your purchase. We will not share your information with any third party outside our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to ship a CD).

On occasion we may sub-contract such fulfillment requests to vendor companies such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. to provide limited services on our behalf such as packaging, assembling, delivering items overnight, and sending postal mail. We may pass the address-related information you have voluntarily provided to these vendors for this limited fulfillment purpose only, and they are prohibited from using or distributing that information for any other purpose.

As we note in our Better Business Bureau-certified privacy policy, we do not sell, lease, loan, give or transfer your private information with any other organization or individual except to fulfill your order. Your personal information is as valuable as our personal information, and we suspect you hate spam and junk mail as much as we do.

Unless you specifically tell us otherwise, we reserve the right to periodically send you informational updates on Cerulean news or items of interest (such as a new publication or public speaking event) as a courtesy only. These updates are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (including the US FTC guidance of 2008), CAUCE (the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email) and the US government’s online security program, Onguard Online.
